Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of CBI Device Manager. Complete the bracketed operator details before the website goes live and obtain legal review for your exact business setup.

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using CBI Device Manager, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable law and any relevant game, platform or service rules.

2. Licence and subscription

CBI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CBI Device Manager while your applicable subscription or access remains valid. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, rent or commercially distribute the software, licence credentials or customer download package without written permission.

3. Permitted use and prohibited misuse

You are responsible for how you use the software. CBI Device Manager must not be used to cheat, gain an unfair competitive advantage, bypass, defeat or interfere with anti-cheat or security systems, disrupt third-party services, infringe another person's rights, or violate the rules of a game, platform or service.

Misuse, attempted abuse, licence sharing, unauthorised distribution, security tampering or use that creates material risk to CBI or other users may result in suspension or permanent termination of access, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing, billing and renewal

The current advertised subscription options are £14.99 per month and £59.99 per year unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe is used to process checkout and payment information. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

5. Digital delivery

CBI Device Manager is supplied digitally. Following successful payment verification, access to the customer download package may be made available electronically. You are responsible for keeping download links, licence credentials and customer files private.

6. Refund policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases and subscription charges for digitally delivered CBI access are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to faulty digital content or services.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Fraudulent, dishonest or abusive chargebacks and payment disputes are prohibited. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, you are encouraged to contact CBI Assistance first where practical so the issue can be investigated.

CBI may suspend access associated with a disputed or reversed payment while the matter is investigated and may provide relevant payment, delivery, account and support records to Stripe, a card issuer or other payment provider. A legitimate exercise of a consumer's legal or cardholder dispute rights is not automatically treated as fraud.

8. Compatibility and third-party software

Compatibility is not guaranteed with every device, Windows version, game, driver, anti-cheat system, peripheral vendor or third-party service. Third-party updates may affect functionality without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use is allowed by all relevant third-party rules.

9. GameFix and configuration changes

GameFix is designed to diagnose and restore supported configuration states. Backups, repair functions and rollback tools are provided as convenience features and may not support every configuration or third-party application. You should maintain independent backups of data that is important to you.

10. Updates and availability

CBI may update, replace, add, remove or repair features over time. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, compatibility, security or technical reasons.

11. Security and reverse engineering

Except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing, circumvent access controls, tamper with security measures, extract protected components or attempt unauthorised access to CBI systems.

12. Suspension and termination

CBI may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, payment failure, fraudulent activity, prohibited misuse, unauthorised redistribution, security abuse, or conduct that creates substantial risk to CBI, its services or other users. Where required by law, applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Disclaimer and limitation

CBI Device Manager is provided subject to applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility or that every third-party change can be diagnosed or repaired. CBI is not responsible for account sanctions or third-party actions caused by prohibited, unsupported or rule-breaking use of the software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Intellectual property

CBI Device Manager, its branding, interface, software, original assets and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s). Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.
